How long does shipping take?

We strive to provide 2-3 day shipping, however, depending on your destination, shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days. In addition, please expect 1-5 business days to process your order.

My order hasn't been delivered. What should I do?

While we will do everything in our power to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we are not responsible for any delay in delivery, performance of delivery, acceptance of delivery, or non-delivery when caused by weather issues, fires, floods, accidents, riots, labor difficulties, government interference, transportation materials or supplies, or any other cause that is beyond our control. Why can't I order through your shop?

Our hemp products cannot be sold to the following U.S. states:

  • Iowa

What compliance testing is done for your products?

The State of Texas requires a pre-harvest sample to be taken by a third-party Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) licensed sampler and sent to an approved TDA licensed third-party lab to ensure under 0.3% THC compliance. All of our hemp abides by these guidelines, and any hemp available for purchase on our website has passed the required compliance testing set forth by the TDA and USDA. This documentation is included with the shipment of all orders, is available on our product pages, and can be requested from us by emailing
